Seller misleading item description
What do I do when a seller has sent me a different item than I purchased and is just mucking me around now that I have complained and eBay won’t help because it’s past 30 days from receiving item. Seller is just ripping me off.

·3 years agoYou let them rip you off if you waited past 30 days to get eBay involved. The eBay Money Back Guarantee is in the listing. You should have clicked on learn more to see how it works. It tells you that you must file within 30 days.
How did you pay? If you paid through PayPal you have 180 days to file a dispute on PayPal.
If you paid with a credit card you can file a chargeback with the cc co.
Good luck I hope you can get your money back.
