Seller messaging that they cannot send item because of quality or damage?
I have had the last two transactions fall apart after payment. Seller sends an awfully familiar message that they cannot ship because of quality issue or damage before shipping. Promise product in 3+ weeks or refund.
Refunds appear to come. Is this some kind of fraud scheme in EBay?
Both sellers were from outside the US but appear to ship from the US.
