Seller Message
I have someone who bought an item from me yesterday. Today she tried to purchase another item from me today but got this message:
"The seller only allows buyers to purchase 1 item every 10 days."
I never set that up. Is there somewhere I can go to turn that setting off so she can purchase the second item?

Click on buyer requirements and you will see block buyers who have purchased ___ items from me within __- months. This is a protection so someone can't buy 12 items and then leave 12 negatives or open 12 returns and ruin your account. Mine is set at 5 in 12 months, but you can make it anything you want.
