seller meepo-tek sells Macbook with dead battery and not responding customer message at all.
Hi,
I found out my Macbook that I bought from https://www.ebay.com/itm/334811417756 has a dead battery. It does not charge at all. Because they provide 2 years parts & labor warranty, so I tried to contact seller to request help, or file a cliam for the warranty. But got no response at all. There is no place to send a message to ebay to ask them to step in either. It appears sellers can put fale statements on their listing and nobody can do anything about it? I really appricate if someone can give me some help or advice.
