How can you get protection from bad sellers when they completely ignore the buyres requests? I needed a phone quickly, I made an offer contingent on 2 day shipping, they didn't even ship it for 2 days, then sent it 4 day ground, taking 4 days to ship something from less than 150 miles away!!
This seller is arrogant and ignorant and should not have a high rating just because he has thousands of sales.
How do you keep buyers aware of a sellers (aside from the single review you get to post) ?

Shipping is not negotiable in an offer. The only thing being negotiated is the price. Everything else is fixed.
The eBay playing field is tilted in favour if the buyer.
