The seller clearly states in the Item specifics that the item
is Region Code NTSC-U/C (US/Canada) (which it is not it is a foreign UK/ EU game )also the seller claims it is a USA game with a Rating E10+ (Everyone 10+) (which it clearly is not and the game states its for 12 and up ).
The game I received is not a USA title as it was advertised in the description and is not as described . <br/><br/>His auction says No refturns , how can that be if he offered a usa game in item description and sent uk version ?<br/><br/>Please advise <br/><br/>Thanks so much <br/><br/>Betty

The seller’s ‘No Return’ policy means nothing if the item is ‘Not as described’. Here’s what to do:
File a ‘return request’ from your Purchase History … choosing ‘Item doesn’t match description or photos’ as the reason for the return’.
If the seller fails to provide either a prepaid shipping label OR a full refund within 3 business days … then return to your open request and ask eBay to step in. eBay will do the rest.
