seller listed an item as New but when it arrived it was clearly Used
I did a buy it now on Item# 389650505935 Frigidaire Countertop Ice Maker Listed as NEW in Box But when it arrived It was sealed with duct tape and after opening it there is hard water staining at the bottom and across the upper water baffles No Instructions No warranty card No outer wrapped cellophane frigidaire uses on new products The Seller Does NOT accept returns or give refunds Is there a way ebay can step in and Ban this seller for violation of the item listing policy and selling used Items as NEW I paid $57.99 + $19.99 for shipping Bought on 04/09/2025 arrived on 04/17/2026 after waiting 4 days for them to print the label and another day to drop it off at USPS

You are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from the date of receipt: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
Go to the item in your Purchase history and file a RETURN using the reason "Does not match pictures or description". eBay will issue you a pre-paid return shipping label regardless of the Seller's return policy. You return the item and the Seller will have 2 days to refund you. Failing that you go back to the claim and ask eBay to step in and force the refund.
