Seller listed 2 items, Buyer received only 1 item
Listing says 2 Ping fairway wood heads 3 & 5 on listing item 128050281911. Verified with message 2 heads with head covers.
Seller shipped the 3 head with cover only. Sent him messages that is fraud, no reply. Suggestions?

If you receive something, but it is not the item listed or you did not receive all items, you can open a not as described case to get your money back. You have 30 days from the delivery date to open the case.

Go to your purchase history and in the drop down menu for the item select return this item, Select Received wrong item or Doesn't match description or photos for the return reason.
The seller will need to provide a return shipping label if they want the item back. Do not close the return, no matter what the seller tells you, until you are satisfied. The seller does not need you to close it to send a replacement or do a refund. If you close it you will not be able to reopen it. Make sure to monitor any deadlines so you don't miss them.
