·5 months agoIt takes time to become established as a seller. Unfortunately, during the early years of eBay, a lot of unscrupulous people ruined the early eBay. eBay had to evolve and become a trusted marketplace. One of the ways they vet new sellers is by limiting the amount they can sell until they have a proven record over time.
