Seller limits
I've been selling on eBay for five years with an eBay store. My normal monthly listings are usually just under 1000 listings since I get to list them for free with my eBay store subscription.
But within the last month, eBay has been deactivating my listings one at a time to where I only have under 400 listings active. I try to relist the ones deactivated and eBay says I can not list more due to I have gone over my limit in the last 30 days.
I thought with my store subscription, I should be able to list up to 1000 products at least.
I request for my limit to be increased and eBay replies that I am not eligible to do so at this time. It says I need to establish a selling history - BUT I'VE BEEN SELLING ON EBAY FOR 5 YEARS!!!!
Can anybody make sense of this or explain what I am doing wrong????? (Since there is practically no way to actually talk to someone at eBay and we have to use something like this forum and hope someone out there actually knows what is going on)
Thanks

Mentor1 year agoFirst thing to do is to c hack your seller dashboard. This will show if you have been receiving defects on your account and are causing eBay to lower your limits. If you do not see any excesive defects then contact eBay customer service.
You can contact customer service using this link to bypass the AI questions and ask for a call back: eBay Customer Service Customer service is open from 5am to 9pm Pacific Time.
