Seller lied and im trying to cancel
Purchased an item being told it was ready to ship. After purchase seller tells me it isn't in stock and I'll have to wait. I said no and asked to cancel and started a cancelation request. Seller is silent now so can I get ebay to cancel knowing the seller isn't going to cooperate?

No, you have to wait one day past the estimated delivery date but no longer than 30 days to take advantage of the eBay Money Back Guarantee and file a claim that you did not receive the item: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
