I cannot unlock my phone due to some financial obligation tied to the phone, how can I report this user and get may money back since i can't unlock the device?

OP3 years agoCan't unlock with ATT until 60 days, and then argued for another month about unlocking it till it was said there was a payment plan attached to it thus can't unlock it, but my account is not part of that payment plan....so bizarre.

OP3 years agoSo basically no response from PayPal dispute team and email address they gave is coming back as full..
