Seller Liability
Am I legally liable for buyer problems including injury using my item? Same question, if this is a new item (open Box) produced by a reputable manufacture?

Mentor1 year agoA person can sue another person for any reason but there are a lot of legal proofs that would need to be met to make a seller liable for injury from a product they do not manufacture. Only a lawyer with personal injury experience could advise you about this.
