seller level below standard
We had some issues when we started selling both in our antique store and ebay. Several items got sold in our store and were not taken off ebay. Then of course they sold on ebay and we had to cancel the order. Now our level is below standard and we cant listing anything and each month it says we are still below standard even though the few items that we have sold since we have shipped with no issues or returns. How are we supposed to up our standard if we cant list new items.

Mentor2 years agoYou are measured on a rolling 12 months. Go to your dashboard and look at the monthly breakdown - you can see when the defects for the cancellations will fall off. https://sellerstandards.ebay.com/dashboard?region=US
You needed to try to increase your sales when you could still list more. The quickest way to reduce your defect % is by selling a few more items than you sold 12 months ago so the defects are a smaller % of the 12 month total.
Since you can not list more now, you must work with what you have listed, if you are able to edit your items. Yuo can try reducing prices on some items, then add SALE! To the title to try to boost your sales.
