seller level
Our seller level has been dropped since being unable to fulfill 2 sales in Febuary and having to cancel them. How long can we expect to be lower when they evaluate monthly and we havent had any issues since?

Mentor4 months agoYou need to increase your sales so the defect rate for not shipping is decreased.
