seller level
I am feeling so frustrated right now . maybe someone could give me some insight. Last montas downgrded to below standard, definately my own fault. I ran a sale brought my transaction defect rate to 1.98 for the last 2 weeks my seller level said if evaluated today seller level would be above standard. august 20 was my next evaluation . i was so excited to log on today and see my level upgraded but it still says below standard. I have a call in to a supervisor for a call back but wanted to know if anyone had a similar experience. have not had any transction defects since the last evaluation. my mind is blown right now as to how this happened.PLEASE HELP with your suggestions.

The evaluation is on the 20th of each month, but your level will change on the 1st of the next month (ie Sept 1)
