Seller left prositive feedback but contents are negative
I have a policy written into each listing stating that it may take me up to 4 days to process and ship purchased to buyers. I had one seller purchase a Chico's top from me who sent me a message demanding that I ship it immediately because she had made her purchase 3 days before. I did go ahead and ship it to her. It wasn't until later that I discovered that she had already left positive feedback which I thought was weird. When I finally read the feedback (which was left as positive feedback) it was the buyer basically griping that she had purchased 4 other shirts that same day, 3 of them are arriving that day, and where was the one she bought from me? "What's the hold up?".
Has anyone else had someone use feedback to complain about something like this? Isn't that a misuse of feedback?
Now this same seller is coming at me claiming the top is a "second" because the dye job of the shirt wasn't finished (the top was a sublimation top). She keeps sending me messages claiming that I'm lying.

·3 years agoI would suggest blocking the buyer from further purchases. She could open a return for "not as described" if the issue was not apparent in the photos. If she does, then send a return label promptly to put this one behind you. The feedback will likely stand as it is a comment on your delivery times and is not really negative, and fortunately, the buyer can not change that feedback to a true negative.
