I was checking my feedback and I noticed a Seller left me feedback for someone else on my profile. How do I get this corrected? I contacted the Seller and this is what they said:

Hello, I was surprised by your note as I did not leave negative feedback. I did, however, look at your profile and my name is listed as leaving negative feedback??? This is some sort of error as I did not leave this. We had a great transaction. I looked and there is no way for me to remove my feedback. You do have the ability to report negative feedback from your side. I would suggest sharing this note with them for review and asking to have removed. I am sorry for any inconvenience. |
