Seller left a negative remark on feedback thats affecting my ability to bid on items
I recently accepted an offer, on a pair of anna costume boots and thought theyd fit any size shoe. They did not...and i asked the seller to cancel the order. The seller did cancel but left a negative mark on my feedback. Since then, i cannot bid on items because of an error message that keeps popping up... I dont know how to report this and ask they change it... I have a 100% perfect record, but the comment has made me a danger sign and im NOT a danger sign on ebay!! I asked them to change it, they are ignoring my messages. I am a part of ebays reporting bad seller board, but i forgot how to do it... Please help me with this situation, i do not want to be red flagged because of one sellers garbage that is uncalled for. Especially when i gave plenty of notice for them to cancel the order... the seller said "BUYER DIDNT PAY FOR THE ITEM!" ... Yet i had asked days before that they cancel my accepting bid... Please help me remedy this situation.

Mentor3 years agoI found the feedback the seller left. It is positive but contains negative words. You can contact customer service to see if they will have it removed.

·3 years agoA seller can not leave a negative feedback for a buyer and a negative comments in positive feedback is a policy violation. But I see none of this your feedback and besides feedback will not have anything with your ability to bid
