seller laughed at me when i returned a item, no refund.

Question

i bought a very expensive item and i returned it. seller never refunded or responded. ebay no help, chose the seller instead and did paypal. any advise? cant call out the seller which is crap.

-What reason did you used for the eBay return claim?

-What was the Seller's Return policy?

-Did the item go through the Authenticity Guarantee process?

If you cannot get satisfaction through eBay then you will have to pursue a dispute with your funding source. However, as soon as you do that eBay will wash their hands of the transaction because they have to defend the Seller inthe dispute. If you win the dispute the Seller will be charged $ 20 for losing the dispute.

Were you provided with the return shipping label? If so, did you use it to ship the returned item?

If you verified that the seller has received the returned item and the seller did not respond, you can go back to your request.

Find the item in your Purchases.
Select See return details
Select Ask eBay to step in and help.
Select a reason from the dropdown menu, then select Confirm
