Seller keeps trying to charge me shipping fees when it was free shipping on all items
The seller name is moonlake2015, I won 8 bids free shipping, and now moonlake2015 is trying to charge me $6.00 for shipping on each. What do I do? eBay ignoring my request for help.

I’m sorry this happened to you.
Your situation is why it is so very important to vet your sellers.
When a seller is registered in China, you must look at their feedback.
A seller with that many feedback should have 99% positive feedback, not the low eighties.
There are many comments about how they invoice for shipping if the buyer doesn’t pay right away. That’s what happened to you, it seems.
I don’t know if there is anything eBay will do for you.

OP2 years agoSeller actually charged me $6.00 shipping immediately after auction first time. He ignores my mail. Also I pay immediately. Now he is continuing to try and charge me per item $6.00 on 6 items. That is nonsense. eBay ignores my request for help. I am thinking of cancelling my card as I just don’t trust now.

Mentor2 years agoWhat do you mean by "ebay ignores my request for help?" What happened when you asked for a callback?
At the link below, you can request a call back from eBay by clicking Have us call you on the left side of the page. If you don't see that option, click Chat with our automated assistant. Then type "agent" at the bottom in the chat box. You'll see an option to request a call back there.
