Seller keeps promising to ship and never does
My seller is young and didn’t realize eBay would take a cut of the final price. So this is causing an issue with seller shipping my item. I have a tracking number but that’s as far as it goes. Seller keeps promising to ship everyday but doesn’t. It’s been six days already since the auction ended. Not sure what to do from here, any advice would be appreciated.

You can ask the seller to cancel your purchase. Otherwise, there is nothing you can do until the item is late.
After the last expected delivery date, but no more than 30 days after the last expected delivery date, go to your purchase history - select 'I haven't received it' and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to provide tracking that shows delivery, or a refund. If he doesn't, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
