SELLER KEEPS CHANGING HIS LISTING, DROPPING MY BIDS
I have been negotiating for over a week on a listing where every time I think we have a deal he ends the listing and puts it back up asking for more money. I had him add more photos so any buyer could see the important stuff, but then he refused one critical undercarriage picture. We're talking about a $500-700 diecast car. I think he has re-listed 3X after the original listing. Apparently, someone is telling him he can get more for it, and then he just drops the item and starts over and my legal bid is gone.
