seller item lost by USPS
I refunded a buyer because it has been a month and the item still shows in transit on the USPS tracking.
it was a $350 item what are my options and steps to make myself whole, as I

Mentor3 years agoIf you paid for insurance (priority includes insurance as well as Fed Ex and UPS), go to the carrier's website and file an insurance claim for a lost package. USPS doesn't consider an item lost unless 3 weeks have past. Not sure about Fed Ex or UPS.
