Seller issues
Had a winning bid, the seller hasn’t sent and tracking after 30+ hours, won’t reply to any messages and the item is now relisted. What kind of time frame do I have before getting eBay involved with getting my money back?

The seller is not obligated to reply to your messages.
You were provided with the estimated date of delivery at the time of purchase and you can find that date in the order details in your Purchase History.
IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request:
Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history
If the seller does not respond after 3 days, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.

OP2 years agoThanks. I guess I’m more peeved about them reposting the listing that I paid for. At least according to the description and the pictures they have on the listing.
but that was my plan on waiting for the date to see what else I can do.
