Seller issues
I've ordered something on the 5th. Today is the 7th and the seller hasn't shipped yet. I've contacted them with no response what can I do?

There was no need to contact the seller.
You were provided the estimated date of delivery when you placed your order. You can confirm the estimated date of delivery by going to your Purchase History, find the item and click on "Order details" .

-You wait one day past the original estimated delivery date (but no later than 30 days) and file a claim via the item in your Purchase history that you did not receive the item (package). The steps in the claim will lead to an eventual refund.
