Seller issued return label, but also issued the refund minutes later. The return label isn’t available.
The seller sent the wrong item and requested a return. I tried talking to AI customer service, but it responded that the return label is no longer available because the seller issued the refund already. What option do I have now besides having to pay out of pocket for shipping?

Mentor2 weeks agoUnfortunately once the seller has refunded any return label they sent will no longer be usable. As far as eBay is concerned you do not have to return the item. So if the seller now wants the item back they must send you a return label outside of eBay. They could do this using the USPS site or PirateShip. Keep in mind that eBay cannot force you to return the item.

Mentor2 weeks agoOnce the seller refunds, the return is closed and that is why there is no return label.
You would have to reach out to the seller to get a shipping label.
It is to their benefit to send you a label if they want the item because you can't send it back without one and eBay will not force a return.
