Seller issued refund and now wants me to ship the items back.
I received the order and discovered it was different than the listing. I made a return/refund request and was issued a refund, but was not provided a return shipping label.
Now the seller is requesting that I return the items. I do not have a shipping label to return them. Can eBay step in and help?
