Seller issued me a partial, not full refund.
I purchased an item that ended up being out if stock. The seller issued me a partial refund. When I asked why, the seller tells me to take it up with customer service. The item wasn't shipped, it was out of stock. I paid in full. I want a full refund. What do I do?

I was a seller long before a buyer and I would have never dismissed a buyer and passed the burden on to the buyer as this seller has done. I kindly shared this with the seller, not to criticize but in hopes to better and strengthen this sellers future endeavors.
Thank you and much appreciation for your time and information.
