Seller issued full refund, but buyer did not return item back to seller
The buyer is telling she needs a shipping label from me, I can't and don't see how i can provide that shipping label for the buyer. Is there any way I can contact ebay. All I'm getting is busy signals or a message you have no disputes at this time. But, I have filled out disputes and send them to ebay. Please help !

OP8 months agoI know that now, I've only been selling on ebay for one year. I did sell on ebay many years ago, everything is changed. I can't contact anyone at ebay to speak with, it's very hard to for the sellers to do business in their new regulations. I've had two other items return, but had no problems with returns. Thank you for trying to help.

Mentor8 months agoIf you have already refunded the buyer, a return label cannot be issued through Ebay. Normally sellers do not issue refunds until after they receive the returned item.
