Mentor8 months agoWhat reason did the seller use when they cancelled your purchase? If they used "Out of stock or damaged" then eBay already punished them for cancelling. If they used another reason you can report them for doing this. eBay cannot force a seller to complete a purchase any more than they can force a buyer to pay for their purchase but there are consequences for each action.
