The seller can only ship to the address provided to them by eBay. If the item had the authenticity guaranty they are provided the address of the authenticator. If the item did not qualify then they are provided the buyers address. The seller has no control over this process.

Is your address a PO box? That is usually the reason an item can not go to the authenticator.
