I sent an instrument cluster to "@Bowtievisuals60thru66" for refurbishing and he hasn't contacted me back. We messaged back and forth about the work to be performed so I mailed it out to him and now his email isn't working and I've gotten no response back from him. I have tried to reach out to EBay management but I just keep getting sent in circles.. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

Any activity outside eBay is not covered or supported by eBay so they will not help you in this matter. While you may have initiated contact through eBay unless there is a transaction recorded on the eBay venue they are not involved.

Hi, thanks for responding. We weren't conducting business outside of ebay, we were messaging on ebay about a service he has ON ebay. There was no transaction recorded on ebay because the service had not been performed yet. Ebay can look at our messages and clearly determine the intent of the conversation. I don't understand ebay's lack of interest in resolving this, or rather, why it's so difficult to follow up on a situation such as this.

and thereâ€™s your problem. Without an actual TRANSACTION recorded in the eBay system,eBay canâ€™t help you.
