·2 years agoA seller is under absolutely no requirement to reveal the reason to you or to eBay.

OP2 years agoI know that but I think out of curtesy they should have if asked.

·2 years agoAs I noted, if they’ve blocked you (or if eBay automatically blocked you for too many nonpayment strikes), the seller likely never saw your message… so you will not get an answer.
And if (IF) the seller did get your message, understand there is no eBay policy requiring a seller to respond to any type of message/communication.

·2 years agoSellers may block buyers for any (or no) reason at all. It’s one of the last security measures sellers have under current eBay policy.
Most likely, the seller has blocked communication from you when placing you on their blocked bidders list, which is also their privilege, so you may not ever receive a reply to your message.
Buyers who have two “strikes†or more for nonpayment may also be blocked from purchase/bidding activity automatically (dependent upon how a seller has configured her/his buyer restriction settings).
