Seller is using a personal Amazon Prime account to ship items for free

I purchased a product from an eBay seller but received the wrong item in the mail. The package was from Amazon, it included a GIFT RECEIPT, and was from a different seller. At first I was totally confused...

This eBay seller appears to be using a personal Amazon Prime account to source and send items that they advertise for sale on eBay, but never actually physically have. I use eBay to try to avoid giving more money to Amazon and do not appreciate their dishonesty, PLUS I'm pretty sure that this violates both Amazon and eBay policies! When I try to contact eBay to report this issue the item is listed as not yet being delivered and is "untracked", so I can't officially complain yet... I just want to make others aware of this problem.

Yes, this is a serious violation of Amazon policy for using their Prime Account. The person can be reported to Amazon as well as eBay for policy violations.
