Question

A seller is over two weeks late on a shipment and will not respond. I filled out the refund request to have eBay step in. I get a response from the dumb AI I can not get a refund because the item was shipped (based upon seller estimate ship date)even when it clearly indicates it did not ship. Any suggestions or do I just need to contact the credit card company? Ebay has gone down hill

@gzires20m5 It sounds like you tried to Cancel the order which is not something a buyer can do unless the seller approves. You need to file a not received refund request when the item is late arriving.

If it is more than 30 days past the last estimated delivery date then you can file a refund request on PayPal up to 180 days from the date of purchase. OR if you didn't use PayPal at checkout contact your bank or credit card to report that you didn't receive the item.
