Seller is trying to scam me
Here are the images to prove.
Also why do they not have notifications turned on if they are “actively selling” items, then they marked the order as “shipped” to remove my cancellation request. They provided no tracked either even though they said it would provided it asap.

Mentor4 months ago@mitchjag. Sorry that you have a bad seller. The tracking, while nice to have as a buyer, is for the sellers protection to prove delivery. Buyers can only request to cancel, a seller can accept or decline even if they have not shipped yet.
You are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
Since the last estimated delivery date is the 21st you can file a refund request on the 22nd.
Sorry your purchase didn't go smoothly. Here's how to get your money back.
Look for the last estimated delivery date in your purchase history. You can file a refund request when it is one day PAST the last estimated delivery date .
You have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a refund request on eBay.
Select your item on this page to start a refund request:
https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/get-help-item-hasnt-arrived?id=4042&st=
4 business days after you file the refund request ask eBay to step in and help if the seller has not refunded you.

If it is more than 30 days past the last estimated delivery date then you can file a refund request on PayPal up to 180 days from the date of purchase. OR if you didn't use PayPal at checkout contact your bank or credit card to report that you didn't receive the item.
