I purchased a clock on Ebay. I won the bid, paid and waited for delivery. Upon delivery I opened the package and found the clock damaged. I took pictures and sent an email to the seller describing the damage and asked if he had shipping insurance. I left the message open by asking him what he would like to do. I have received multiple emails back from him accusing me of being disreputable and switching the clock with another damaged one I already had. I am not asking for a refund at this time on...
