Seller is selling the item I bought!
Hello,
I bought an item recentely and never recieved it, I contacted usps and they told me the package was returned to the seller but since it didn't say so at the tracking eBay denied both my case and appeal saying they needed the tracking to update in order to confirm it even thought I had signed mail from usps customer support that the item was returned.
However... now the seller I bought the item is selling the exact item I bought (same serial numbers and box and everything!) but am not able to create a case or make an appeal since my last appeal is still pending from last month...
So my question is how do I contact eBay with this gamechanging proof that my package was returned to the seller and we can resolve this case finally? I cant find any contact info to eBay and the website just has a AI support that don't help much to be fair.
