Seller is saying: This item is final sale and cannot be returned.
Seller is saying: This item is final sale and cannot be returned. Doesn't that conflict with E Bay's return policy? For example with purchasing shoes, maybe the shoe is the incorrect size. I usually wear a size 11 but in this case, a size 10 1/2 fits better. Am i able to return the shoes even though the seller has said all sales are final and cannot be returned.

Mentor1 year agoIf a seller uses the term "no returns" I would not buy shoes from them.
The buyer cannot return shoes because they don't fit if the seller says no returns.
The buyer needs to be certain that they want the item and the item is the correct size before they choose to buy an item with no returns.

Mentor1 year agoFit issues are considered as buyers remorse and the seller return policy is enforced. However, if the seller listed the shoes as a size 11 and the shoes received were marked as a 10 1/2 then they could be returned as a "not as described" item. Note the difference. The non returnable shoes were listed and delivered as the same marked size and the returnable shoes were listed as one size and the delivered shoes were marked at a different size.
