seller is requesting item be damaged by me before he will issue me a return shipping label
I need help. Ive left a message on eBay for Business on facebook. I bought a computer mouse from seller named donwell2016. The mouse simply does not work. Ive taken good care of the item. I have followed the operating instructions several times, trying to get this mouse to work. It does not charge nor does it respond to my laptop. So after many messages with this seller, he is not wanting to do a refund. I started a return on eBay.
The seller told me this: " Sorry for being late to respond.
The label system gets error and we can not provide the label to you now.
To solve it easier, we will just refund to you .
Just please damaged the mouse and show to us,
and then we will issue refund to you.
Thank you so much!

And eBay sent me a message saying that the seller would send me a shipping label by January 4th.
Why does this seller want me to damage the mouse?? And THEN he will give me a label??
Can anyone help me? Thank you in advance! -Peggy
