Seller is refusing to send me a return label.
As per Ebay policies seller has to send return label in 3 days if the item is not as per described. my item was described as genuine but I have received a counterfeit item. I have pictures comparing the item received to counterfeit and it clearly demonstrates that item is counterfeit. seller have accepted the return but is not sending me return label and asking for my PayPal account to pay for shipping shipping cost is 3 times the item cost since seller return address is in china I dont want to take further risk paying for shipping (since post told me its not guaranteed due to all the trade issues with china). right now my case is stuck and there is no way for me to escalate and ask eBay to step in. I tried calling eBay and asking for return calls but nothing. If I go to the case listing all it tells me is that action is pending from my side where I need to ship the item. all that talk about eBay guarantee seems to be fake there is absolutely no way to ask them to step in and help.
