Seller is over charging for shipping
I received an offer to buy a brooch for $7 and the seller sent me an invoice with a shipping charge of $9. The seller lives in the USA and so do I. I have purchased many brooches on Ebay and the average shipping fee is $5.50 from all over the USA sometimes there are multiple brooches in the package. I messaged him but he hasn't replied yet. What do I do?

What was the shipping charge shown on the listing page?
When you make an offer, you agree to pay the shipping charges shown on the listing. It states that on the offer page.

OP2 years agoIt said shipping calculated by location. There wasn't a shipping cost shown. I figured it would be the standard $5.50.
