Seller is not responding

I purchased a floor steamer. The floor steamer is spouting out dacers hot. . Through the pressure cap. The Alstate insurance company says it's still under warranty. THERE BY NOT WILLING TO DO ANYTHING TO GET THE VERY DEFECTIVE AND DANGEROUS STEAMER REPAIRED OR REPLACED.

The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request for most categories AND 3 days for Trading Cards.

Open a return with the reason doesn't match description or photos.
