Seller is not refunding money even after agreeing to a return price.
I have bought an item on eBay. It was a total piece of junk. The return shipping costs are 2 times more than the item itself. Upon several attempts, the seller agreed to refund 80% of the price of the item, with no return of the item. However, there was no action. Is there an eBay process through which can make the seller pay? I have tried some of the eBay-instructions on this topic. However, the menus for eBay to step in are non-existent. Any help would be appreciated.

So you didn't request a return? It all went through eBay messaging?
I suggest to contact eBay.

Answer questions if showing up.
Find the agent, maybe under "More actions".
