seller is not answering any of my text messages on products i bought
Creality 3d printers i bought 2 K1Max 3d printers very first one had issues and i needed help at first they were helpfull but not being a tech i wasnt able to do the repairs properly and told them that many tims in the meantime i bought a second 3d printer frome them which ran very well for a while while i tried to work with them on the first yhey would tell me what to do so finally i tried a few things but kept saying id like to send it back and they finaly agreed and issued me a return label i sent it back and they never responded and then actted as if i never shipped and then he 2nd printer went down and they wont help or answer any qustions about it or the shipped printer dont know what to do now

If the seller does not refund you within three days of tracking showing delivery, ask eBay to step in and force a refund. You have up to twenty-one business days before eBay closes the case.
