Seller is no longer registered

Question

Hi guys I bought a brand new phone off ebay and now the seller is no longer listed.

I'm worried if the phone gets blocked and I'm out a bunch of money.

I've tried to find the live chat that was here on ebay, but I can't find it anymore.

It has been less than 30 days since I've bought the item

@simplyalif Have the IMEI checked right away to make sure it is not stolen or registered to a different service than stated on the listing.

If there is a problem file a not as described RETURN request right away. The return process is automated so the seller does not need still be on the site to process the return. eBay will force the refund from the sellers account.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request.
Here's what you need to do:

Open a return with the reason doesn't match description or photos.

Let me know if you need to return an item to another country as there are additional steps required. The seller pays return shipping for an item that is not as described no matter where they are located.
