Seller is no longer on ebay and can not be contacted.

Question

I bought an item from a seller on ebay. took weeks to ship. says it was shipped (no tracking) and now the seller is no longer listed on ebay. How can I contact the seller? How can I contact ebay to talk to someone about this obvious scam. Ebay online help is really no help at all.

The problem is I bought an iten on eBay ... shipped with no tracking ... item valued at over $600 ... guys account is no longer active ... ebay keeps helping with "contact seller" ... How ? his account does not exist anymore. Trying to get to talk to an ebay agent is a real exercise in futility.

Today they issued a refund.

I guess they figured out this guy was a scammer and booted him off.

Ebay Refunded the money to me with out any explanation as to why.

You get the runaround if you try to speak with a live agent ... they only give information and links for for online help.

I hate businesses that dont want to speak with their customers.

But I guess when you are that big and profitable you don't need to talk to customers.

I is the way ... let it deal with the little people.
