Seller is lying about product return and opened a dispute. What can I do?

There is seller that is lying about a product I returned. They took the original shipping label affixed it onto some random paper packaging took a photo of it and opened a Ebay dispute against me and claims I did not ship the item back. This is absolutely unbelivable. I have never encountered anything like this. All this for a $40 product.
The Ebay has notified me about the dispute and said they will notify me in a few days. But I cannot seem to contact Ebay in any way to tell them that the seller is blatantly lying?
What are my options?
In the original listing the product was listed as "30 Day Returns, buyer pays for shipping" which I did.
Anyone have any advice? Thanks.
