seller is hiding my feedback from public

I left Neutral feedback (ebay got me a refund) after finding the purchase was 2 years past expiration and bottles did not align with authentic estee lauder brand. My feedback has been blanked out saying, it was beyond 90 days old. False again. My feedback was never shown at all. Anyone have this issue?

As my colleague@jacbarcollectibles said, One thing you can never do is to mention that eBay helped you to get a refund.
Some time back a seller didn't send my item and ghosted me. I had to open an Item Not Received case, and I left the only non-positive feedback I have ever left.
I knew that mentioning the INR in feedback would be a pitfall leading to removal, but I wanted to give a heads up to future buyers. In my feedback, I mentioned that "I had to get my refund myself, with no cooperation from the seller." Evidently that was sufficiently circumspect because it's still there.

Mentor6 days agoThe seller did not do that. eBay did since what you wrote violated eBay feedback policy. There are a number of things that you cannot write in your feedback. One thing you can never do is to mention that eBay helped you to get a refund no matter what the reason.

OP6 days agoAh, in my original request and perhaps in my feedback, I named two websites i used to check product authenticity, I can’t look up I wrote or amend it, because it’s invisible. A message says that when the seller has 12 detailed ratings, then eBay will make it visible.
